BEVERLY, MA, February 16, 2016 — MassPay, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and Payroll Solutions and Services, announced that Sheri Heller has joined the ASO Division (Administrative Services Organization) of MassPay as a Senior Human Resources Advisor.
Sheri will advise MassPay’s ASO Services client base, which has doubled over the past six months. She will provide clients with HR/Payroll guidance, compliance audits, HR/Payroll infrastructure, review job descriptions, consult on recruiting and benefits strategy, create/update employee handbooks, pro-actively monitor labor laws for business impact, and provide training and coaching to clients’ management and employees.

Prior to joining MassPay, Sheri was with Paychex for over 8 years as a Human Resources Consultant. She has an extensive background in human resources, business management and training development.
