BEVERLY, MA, October 6, 2016 — MassPay, a leading provider of cloud-based HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance Solutions and Services, announced that Nicholas D. Mirabello has joined the MassPay Team in the new role of Chief Inspiration Officer.
Mirabello’s main area of focus for MassPay will be workplace culture and employee engagement. Nick will discover creative ways to increase employee loyalty and engagement by celebrating and motivating team members on an ongoing basis and continuously reinforcing MassPay’s core values.
Nick has an infectious optimism that will enhance relationships with partners and clients. He has always taken pride in embracing the local community and looks forward to contributing his time and energy to MassPay’s community projects and helping non-profit organizations, including Fed Up With Cancer, a non-profit set up by MassPay to raise funds for cancer research and patient services at the North Shore Medical Center.

In 2014, MassPay hired the enthusiastic motivator to facilitate a UROCK Vision Board Workshop™ with the MassPay sales development team. They thoroughly enjoyed Nick’s energy, as well as the vision board concept, and periodically would call on UROCK™ for team building sessions. Mirabello recognizes it was this on-going business relationship with MassPay that catapulted his unique start-up to the next level of entrepreneurship in his career.
Over the past two years, his brand orchestrated and facilitated vision board workshops in seven different states around the nation- motivating over 2,000 individuals at 50 different companies, and over 20 different schools and universities that wanted to concentrate on personal growth and professional development.
